Hello. Welcome to the Blog center for Nutrition Pair!
Our goal on this blog is to cut through some of the confusion many people face when trying to figure out how to improve their health. Many of our topics will cover nutrition, meal planning, exercise, and the personal experience of living with diabetes. Since we are both Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators, we will provide you with the most up-to-date and factual information available. Nutrition Pair is strongly committed to educating, motivating and demonstrating that everybody can live a healthier life through better nutrition. What we recommend are things that we have tried ourselves. We do not believe in pushing dietary supplements, promoting fad diets or other unproven methods. We feel that you can reach your health goals by becoming more informed. You don’t need “special” foods or mega-doses of vitamins. You simply need to eat better and get more active!
